About

After my fibroid removal surgery, I was (and still am) so worried at the thought of them growing back. I had to take matters into my own hands and make necessary lifestyle and dietary adjustments to limit the chances of regrowth (don’t worry, no extreme diets were involved!).

By adopting a holistic approach to managing my fibroid health, which involved identifying the root causes – not just addressing the symptoms – I’ve alleviated my period pain and continually work on minimizing the chances of fibroid regrowth. And it’s this holistic approach that I now use when coaching my clients.

I specialise in supporting women like you in easing fibroid-related cramping, bloating, and inflammation, balancing hormones, and lowering oestrogen to reduce the risk of fibroid growth. I also assist women struggling with period pain in managing their cycles through sustainable nutrition practices, movement, and lifestyle changes.
